NTC (National Training Centers) training facilities
Bodaira Athlete Village (BAV) which, along with the National Training Center (NTC), and Hida
Ontake high-altitude training area in Gifu Prefecture, are Ministry of Sports designated
training facilities. A training village providing high quality training and developmental
activities for everyone from top athletes to general sports people.
A well organized and compact high-altitude training village
A facility designed for athletes, with a cross-country course, athletic field, gymnasium,
training room, and accommodation all within close proximity of each other. It is an ideal
location for holding training camps and high-altitude training.
A variety of sports can be fully accommodated at this facility all year
round
The well-equipped facilities can support a wide range of sports including track and field,
skiing, rugby, volley ball, soft ball, and soccer. The training room, athletic fields,
gymnasium can be used to enhance competitive performance in a short period of time.
